Noontide ViZYON, the Smart Facility Ecosystem is a customer-centric platform powered by Noontide Team which processes facility-related work orders (WO) and purchase orders (PO) issued by real estate or facility managers (FM) issued for Operating & Maintenance (O&M) and Capital Projects for the facility and facility related assets, fixed and mobile fleets and enterprise processes using Noontide ViZYON’s proprietary algorithms. WOs and POs are essentially a ticketing system and are the primary way real estate managers and facility operations managers transact scheduled assignments or on demand assignments within a facility. Noontide ViZYON systemizes, automates and accelerates processes on WO/PO’s. Noontide ViZYON Experts are present to advise FM and Stakeholders on relevant issues throughout the lifecycle of the WO/PO.
Noontide ViZYON simply lays out the rules of interactions to enable the information exchanges between Noontide ViZYON and the contributors through the execution of Noontide ViZYON’s Smart Contracts (VSC). VSC’s permits trusted transactions and agreements to be carried out among diverse, qualified vendors. The code and the agreements contained therein exist across a distributed, decentralized blockchain network. At the completion of a VSC, Noontide Team and its Noontide ViZYON Experts will have provided verifiable deliverables to the FM and Stakeholders on every single WO/PO, updated closed out KPI requirements and completed financial transactions with all parties.
